Only a few weeks to wait for the new season of Rake hits our screens. We’ve had almost 200 people performing on the new series and I’m sure they will all be keen to see themselves.

We have been submitting real doctors and nurses along with other background people for a new series ‘Doctor Doctor’.
With so many productions filming in New South Wales there is always demand for people to be background extras in productions like these. It’s a great way to add a bit of spice to your life and have a chance at being a part of productions that you love.

For reality programs like the Great Australian Bake Off, you only get one chance to capture the action. Rehearsals aren’t really an option but the producer needs to make sure that the sound, lighting and camera placement is just right before production begins.
That’s why MCTV has been supplying stand ins for reality shows like this. Our stand ins are roughly the same build and complexion as the people in the real production to allow the crew to get everything right before a big shoot. The stand ins get to be on set and work with the crew and directors so it’s still fun to do.

A new miniseries about the life of Alan Bond will start filming in May. We are looking for highly experienced sailors for some of the scenes surrounding the America’s Cup campaign.
