Over 75 people in ad they will never see

We just had over 75 people shooting a new commercial for an enormous health insurance company from the US called Humana. Most of the people who feature in the ad probably won’t get to see it because it’s only being shown in the USA. Everyone wants to see the results of their work, but it’s not always possible. Most jobs in this industry come with a possibility of seeing the final production, but there are corporate training videos and other productions with a very limited audience. In these cases, the actors just enjoy the time they spend with others on set and the extra cash they get.
