MCTV Actors and Extras were on set shooting a new KFC Commercial last week.
KFC have been doing a series of videos online with a theme of keeping it real. You can see many of the drive through customers had trouble keeping it real when they were served by Joel Madden in this clip.
You may have seen this McDonald’s Ad recently or even participated in the promotion. Lots of MCTV Talent worked on this commercial with one of our Extras lucky enough to have his whole family featured.
Last Week we had a smaller group attending a casting for a new McDonald’s production. Best of luck to all that attended.
We’ve got our fingers and toes crossed for one of our MCTV kids who attended a casting for Weetbix and is now on hold. On hold means that he is in the final stages of selection.
Let’s hope he ends up being a Weetbix kid just like the ones in this commercial from the eighties.
This week and last, loads of MCTV extras were working on a new Neutrogena Commercial for Australian screens. There have been several scenes including one at a ballet studio.

We’ve submitted tons of people for a new Ikea commercial over the last week. Luckily the local one is no comparison to this European Ikea commercial. Still, you have to admire the advertising minds that managed to use nudity to sell a table.
We’ve got loads of people booked on a new Google Android commercial shooting tonight. Pretty impressive that Google is doing a local campaign given they already have so much international content. You can see their new campaign for the US market on YouTube below. Doesn’t look like there was much chance for extras and actors on this production, at least not many human ones.
Lot’s of our MCTV kids must have had a lot of fun filming this new Commonwealth Bank TVC. With so many scenes, the time and investment involved was substantial. Well done to everyone who was involved.

Ahhhh… Allianz is what some of our kids will be saying after they landed a spot on an Allianz commercial shooting last week.
What’s one word 2.5 million Australians think if for insurance? Allianz. Because life is full of Ahhh moments.
