Over 2 dozen MCTV people are on set this week filming a new ANZ Commercial. Coincidentally while I was searching for some previous examples, I found this little web video that was directed by Jane Campion. The coincidence is that MCTV people have been working on another Jane Campion production over the last few months called Top of the Lake.
Half a dozen of our guys and girls will be part of a new promo for the Wallabies tour of England which is being heavily promoted at the moment. This week they will be shooting another spot for our screens.

Congratulations to Fran Doolan who has landed a featured role on a new Telstra Commercial as a grandmother. Being a featured role she will be paid very well for her time and if the commercial is really successful she will end up earning rollovers too. This is further proof that you don’t need to be young and gorgeous to get great paying jobs in this industry. There will always be roles for young and gorgeous but there are roles for everyone else too. I’m happy to say that 3 of our toddlers have landed a role on a new Huggies commercial. I’m sure they will be as cute as these little darlings from a commercial few years back. They are so sweet, they can’t even pretend to be frustrated or disappointed as most adults would be under the circumstances in the ad.
Congratulations to Cameron Simpson for landing a role on a new Val Morgan cinema advertising production.
After successfully landing a job on a Qantas commercial back in February, MCTV people are at it again shooting another production last week. Well done guys, let’s keep them coming.
Good luck to the dozens of MCTV people who were selected to attend the Woolworths casting last week. If they get the gig, this will be the second Woolworths commercial this year that MCTV people have been in.
Best of luck to the toddlers and the Mums and Dad’s who were submitted for a new Huggies commercial. Last year some MCTV toddlers were successful in landing a place, let’s hope we land one again this year.
It’s census time again and this time it will all be online. Our people were shooting a new commercial this week to announce the Census that will be held later this year.
For anyone who might be interested in a temporary job, they are actively recruiting at the moment. Not sure how many people they will need this year but it might be worth checking out.
