This week a bunch of our talent were asked to video themselves “dancing crazy” for Telstra. Unfortunately none of the crazy dancers were selected but 20 of our people ended up shooting in different roles for Telstra shooting this week.
Congratulations to Fran Doolan who has landed a featured role on a new Telstra Commercial as a grandmother. Being a featured role she will be paid very well for her time and if the commercial is really successful she will end up earning rollovers too. This is further proof that you don’t need to be young and gorgeous to get great paying jobs in this industry. There will always be roles for young and gorgeous but there are roles for everyone else too. Loads of MCTV talent were in last year’s Telstra Air Commercial and we have been submitting for a new production this week.
Last year’s commercial involved late cold nights but plenty of overtime and a great commercial. Well done to everyone.
